Washed processed, grown at 1800 to 2200m altitude, Caturra variety, grown in the volcanic highlands of southern Colombia, with a clean, balanced character; notes of plum, orange peel, lemon, and milk chocolate, carried by a gentle sweetness and bright citrus lift. Medium roast, smooth-bodied, with a soft, rounded finish that captures the classic Colombian warmth. Suitable for espresso and filter brewing.
